It seems that the people you love
Always hurt you the most
And most the time its worse
Becuase they don't even know it

When you go so deep into there soul
As to know there every flaw
But still admire them the same
If not even more

It's the fact that your scared
Scare of what one may ask
Well that is a million dollar question
With a billion different answers

Scared of showing whats damaged
In fear of being broken
Scared of doing wrong
In fear of your worry being right

Scared of revealing feelings
In fear of being rejected
Scared of telling the truth
In fear of them being a lie

So insted you try to be like a doll
Only showing a porcelain cover
And hiding the darkness
That dwells inside

You can't stop loving them though
No matter how much it pains you
They make you whole
And try to make you bright

It gets worse though
For as you grow closer
And your bond expands
Untill you can't see where you begain

You dare say those fateful words
I love you with all my heart and more
And the say it back
But they don't mean it in that way

From then on everyday
You start and end with I Love You
They may repeat it
But they don't mean it in that way

As your feelings grow
To the point of no end
Theres dose to
But they don't mean it in that way

Then comes the fateful day
The one that you dread
You thought you'd have more time
But I guess not

They tell you of there love
But it belongs to someone else
You plaster a fake smile on your face
But cry at your lonley house

For your heart has been stolen
By this angel in human form
Then snached away and broken
By the devil itself

So many days to by
Where you hide in a porcelain shell
Because your scared
And they don't even know you are

Scared of showing whats damaged
In fear of being broken
Scared of doing wrong
In fear of your worry being right

Scared of revealing feelings
In fear of being rejected
Scared of telling the truth
In fear of them being a lie

But there is no turning back
Your too far down the hole
And too unskilled to climb back up
And face the one who stole your light

Yet you can't leave them
Obligation turns to a chain and ball
Although they say they still love you
They don't mean it in that way
