She still remembers that starry night at the Faith café (what a name!). It was a stunning place located in a deep Madrid's neighborhood, closed to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Actually, some far supporters' shouts could be heard from the football match which was being played.

It seemed to be the perfect appointment of Marie and Luis. They were celebrating their sixth anniversary surrounded by a delicate piano soundtrack while eating a delicious bolognese pasta dish. Unfortunately, that wonderful situation ended up with just a short phrase: – I should leave you- said Luis staring at Marie directly. – I have met someone else- continued him assuming. Those two statements went straight to Marie's heart. Suddenly her world fell apart. She stopped having dinner. Her voice was stuck down in her stomach and no words came up. Marie just stood up and left that nice restaurant. She did not look back to her ex-boyfriend.

Now, three hours later, Marie was about twenty-five kilometers from home. She was driving in tears too fast to her tiny village. Nobody would find her in that place. She wanted to be on her own and not being disturbed by anyone. That lonely landscape would be the solution to forget about the nightmare she had already lived. – I have been cheated by the love of my life! - she screamed furiously hitting the steering wheel.

Days and weeks went by and country side lifestyle was all Marie wanted and needed to have a good time. She woke up early every day, she prepared a nutritive and healthy breakfast and run some errands. Marie felt free and relaxed involved in that environment. Working had become her main issue in current life.

Moreover, going for a walk changed into her pet day's moment. She adored running close to the green fields and breathing pure air. That grateful feeling was not the only reason of her daily routine. A gorgeous man with a medium-length curly hair, maybe on his thirty-odd years old was the main responsible. They smiled each other every time they crossed along the path. It was just a second but he most especial one. It was worth it. Her heart rate increased when she looked at him. Marie didn't even know his name but It didn't matter.

It was an ordinary Sunday morning and Marie was about to prepare her first day's meal when the doorbell rang. She was slight asleep but it rang twice, so she decided to open. She couldn't believe her eyes when she turn that door; Luis was there!. A very uncomfortable atmosphere appeared. – Sorry- Luis whispered. – Shall we talk? – he suggested. – Let me explain, please. Don't close the door-. Even he begged Marie.

Marie was overwhelmed. She was completely shocked and she couldn't move. She had promised herself not to see Luis anymore. However, she was aware of giving him a second chance. Some long few minutes later, she was able to pronounce something. – Let's meet tonight at the park. I will be there at half past three- she accepted. - Ok, perfect. See you there- said hopefully Luis while a perfect smile was drawn along his face.

What I have just done? – Regretted Marie as the guy walked away from her house. All her body was still shaking and she didn't know why. - Should I go or should I stay?- asked herself. Hesitation invaded her mind and she was quite frightened. Maybe she still felt love.

Marie had to think seriously if attending that appointment or not. It was a hard decision to take and that meeting would take place in a few.
