Calliope Penelope Jones also known as Candy has been sharing an apartment together with her best friend Ricky Vaughn in the centre of Riverdale after emancipating from their parents the prior year.
Having now entered their sophomore and senior year, the two find themselves being pulled away from their lives into a group of sophmore's including Candy's outcast brother in search of Jason Blossom's killer when it seems as if though FP Jones may go to prison for a crime he didn't commit.
