but the capital wanted them so badly. and what the capital wants, the capital gets.
the questions came far too soon. about the games. about the nightmares. why they came, why they won't ever go away. she wants to tell them how she survives it, so they'll be ready one day too. she wants to tell them how she makes a list in her head of all the good things she's seen someone do, every little thing she can remember. it's like a game. it gets a little tedious after all these years.
but there are much worse games to play.
