Chapter 1

"Dipper!" Mabel groaned. "Can't you go with out a date?" Dipper sighed. "No! This is the biggest dance of our twelve year old lives! If I go without a date I'll be a laughingstock!" Mabel said. "Anyone in mind?" Dipper asked. Mabel saw the book sitting on the desk. "Yep!" Mabel beamed, and ran to the forest. "Thank goodness Grunkle Stan returned Dipper's book." Mabel said to herself. She had Gideon's book, but she thought she had Dipper's. "Triangulum, entangulum. Veneforis dominus ventium. Veneforis venetisarium!" Mabel chanted. "It's good to be back! Who summoned me?" Bill asked. "I did." Mabel said. "Hi Shooting Star!" Bill said. "Wait. Why did you summon me?" Bill asked suspiciously. "There's this HUGE dance. Everyone in Gravity Falls will be there. Pacifica is hosting it. So if I don't show up with a date, Pacifica will make a big deal out of it." Mabel explained. "Still not seeing why you need me." Bill said. "I need you to become human and be my date." Mabel said. "What's in it for me?" Bill asked. "What do you want?" asked Mabel. Bill thought for awhile. "Tell you what. I'll be your date to the dance if you let me go into your Dreamscape." Bill said. "Why do you want to invade Dreamscape?!?" Mabel asked. "Shooting Star, I can only watch people. I can't visit Dreamscapes from there. It's been forever since I've been into a Dreamscape." Bill said. "Deal." Mabel said. "When is this dance?" Bill asked. "Tonight." Mabel said. "WHAT?!?" Bill exclaimed. "Do you even have a dress, and..." He went on and on until Mabel said, "Everything is taken care of besides the fact that you're still a Dorito face." Bill snapped his fingers and turned into a thirteen year old boy. "You're a year older than me! Pacifica probably won't even have a date, much less someone older than her!" Mabel gushed. "Yeah, yeah. I still don't know how to dance." Bill said. "For reals? Oh well, I'll teach you." Mabel said. "Okay." Bill said.
