He was looking so focused on the view outside the window. The scenery was a way for him to ease the stress piling up inside him. It was a field of grain, looking beautiful as it dances along with the wind. It became his daily routine ever since, to look out the window and stare at that field behind the hospital's building.

There wasn't much to do, even if he wanted to, he just can't, because of his weak heart that might give up any minute.

That's why, he would sit on his bed all day, staring at the field and admiring it's beauty, it never gets old in his eyes, well, what else could probably please someone who's dying, is what he always thought. He also wished that in his very last breath, as he goes, he wants to see that field of grain for the very last time. He wouldn't forget that it was one of the things that got him through all the boredom that he experienced during his stay.

His attention was diverted to something else, when a woman in her early 20s came inside the room.

She looks gorgeous as always

Is what he have thought in his mind and immediately looked away preventing himself from staring too long. "So...you hungry?" the woman asked with a bright smile on her face, despite seeing the other party with a lifeless emotion.

"Not...really" with he responded on almost a whisper but enough for the woman beside him to hear.

"I'm gonna make you some food. Just wait" as she was about to went towards the mini kitchen provided in the room. He grabbed her by her wrist, despite feeling weak as he gripped on her small hand, feeling the softness of her skin with his rough hands. He had a faint smile on his face and a sad look in his eyes before he finally looked up to meet the beautiful eyes of the woman in front of him.

Wonho's Pov

As I stared back at those beautiful, dazzling, bright eyes that looks so full of life. My body felt weak. I feel like I couldn't utter a word, looking at her was too hard for me. I inhaled deeply before I finally said something. "X, you don't have to do this anymore...just go. You know very well, what my situation is. God knows I'm done, a couple of days maybe... is all what's left for me." I didn't get the response that I wanted it to be, instead she held my hand and smiled.

"What are you saying?" she smiled innocently, completely ignoring what I said "Of course I would always be here for you. I work here and I have to take care of you as your girlfriend and as a--"

"You're not...the doctor that was assigned for me. I made sure of that" I coldly responded, I saw her flinched as I look sharply into her eyes.

"Why are you pushing me away again? You know very well that you can't get rid of me. Even if you tell me that you don't love me, I will stay here with you, because I love you and... I need you." I sighed deeply knowing that she's a tough nut to crack. She wouldn't budge even if I told her that I don't need her.
