I'm looking at Calvin like what the fuck? I'm confused because ever since I was 4 me and him have been friends. Before I connected his jaw...I just questioned

Calvin: So yo dad killed our uncle when you were 4. When y'all became friends, it was all good till when he got older, he overheard yo dad talking to your mom about the situation. Stix was our uncle and he been plotting ever since he found iut. The plan was, when your sister got old enough, make her fall in love with him and get her away from you so when it come down to handle you, you'll be alone. But I came in the picture and so he said to get her to fall in love with me. But when she started falling for me, I fell for her too and I couldn't go through with it anymore so I called it off with him telling him im out of it and I came and told you. I really love your sister bro and I'll do anything you need me to do to keep her and your family safe

I just looked at him....his words were processing but my brain was just trying to tell me it wasn't true.....it couldn't be true. I blacked out and just punched him. I saw my mom's eyes get wide and look over at my dad and he just look at her with a nonchalant expression. He looked at Calvin again and sat up as Tay fixed herself to sit up

Sa'Tayhja: is that true dad?

August: yea it's true but it was for good reasoning. But what that have to deal wit you and this Quil nigga?

Calvin: we were living with our Aunt at the time and when she got the news she killed herself and Quil was like you took sumn from us now we gotta do the same. At first he was talking bout taking out Lance but then when I met his sister in history class I believe, he told me to make her fall in love with me and do her dirty. Basically, excuse my language, fuck her and kill her after. But when I really got to know her, I realized I couldn't do it. I called him and told him I'm not doing it with him no more and he was like bet. I'm very sorry y'all.

I saw dad expression change after hearing everything and my mom stared for a few minutes before looking at Tay who was looking down at her fingers. She looked up at Calvin with tears
