Realisation

Mal's POV

When I woke up, all I can see was white.

For a moment I thought that I was in heaven. When I adjusted my eyes, I realised the light was coming through the window. Beside me, I saw Ben peacefully sleeping beside me while holding my hand but he was covered with bruises all over his body. I saw many of my friends sleeping on the chairs also with bruises all over their bodies. Then only I remembered what happened before I fainted. The scenes of the event played in my again. I was in utter shock upon seeing all the bruises on his body. I tried to sit up without waking Ben up but to my dismay, his eyelids fluttered opened. Following him, one by one work up from their slumber.

 Ben's POV

I was over the moon seeing Mal awake after a week. However, I really hoped she will not ask me about the bruises but this time lady luck was not with me. "Ben, what happened?" She questioned while looking at my bruises. I sighed and told her whatever that happened.

Flashback to week ago

Ben POV

Everyone stood there shocked. I fled towards Mal trying to wake her up from her unconscious state but that was when everything took turn for the worse. I turned behind and saw Maleficent behind Phillip. Before any of us could react, Maleficent grab Phillip by his neck and threw him towards the wall. She then took Aurora by her hair threw her on the wall while continuously hitting her head until she became unconscious. The villains came into the room and throw Maleficent her scepter while trying to capture everyone else. Maleficent started to torture every royal leaving my friends and I trying to protect each other. Before she can to attack us, Fairy godmother came in and spelled as out of the room.   

The blue magic that surrounded us disappeared revealing a white room. "Take them all to the room to inspect them now," Fairy Godmother screamed at the top of her lungs. She then gathered all of us and told us," Kids, all the villains has escaped the isle and invaded Aurodon. They have hurt all your parents. It is not safe for you all to go out. We will discuss what will do after Mal wakes up."

Flashback over

Mal's POV

Anger was boiling in me upon hearing what happened to everyone. I tried to wake up and go outside the room but Ben caught me before I could go. "Mal, stay there!" Fairy Godmother entered the room and demanded me. "I know you are furious and we all are too but you have to stay here first." She continued. "What happened to them?" I asked still with anger. "All the royals are better now but there have bruises here and there. However your parents are badly injured. As there are injured badly, they have fallen into a coma." She said sadly. Tears brimmed in my eyes and fall down my cheeks. "I have to see them, please." I pleaded. "Yes, you may," Fairy Godmother answered.

I tried to stand up with the support of Ben and walked towards the room. When I entered the room, tears appeared in my eyes once again. Audrey ran towards mom while I went to our dad. I hold his hand and told him, "Maleficent will get what she did to you and mom. No one hurts my family. She will get what she deserves," I promised while continuing to shed tears.

Authors note

 I am so sorry for not updating for a while. My computer was experiencing some problems and now it is thankfully fixed and also I was visiting my relatives for our festive occasion. I know this chapter is short, I will try to write longer the next time I update which would be this week or next week and I also want to thank @Alphamybae for the ideas. I will try to put it in.
