Mikado X Anri (Part-1)

I have had feelings for Anri for a while now.I didn’t know if she thought the same…..until that faithfull night.
Me,Anri and Kida were walking on the streets of Ikebukoro.Typical Masaominwa hitting on almost every beauty he came accros.Well let’s say he tried but those terrible jokes weren’t gonna get him anywhere anyway.The incident that took place afterwards were surprising but in would say Kida had it coming.while we were passing by kida got caught up in the fight between Shizuo and Izaya.Well,it’s not like they beat him or something but rather it was an accident.Shizuo always tends to throw stuffs at Izaya.But it so happens that one of those things found its way to Kida’s face.A direct hit!And of course he fainted.We took him to the hospital.Shizuo helped and surprisingly Izaya lent a hand as well.The doctor said he was fine but needed rest.they decided to keep him in the hospital.<br>
“You go take a nap.I’ll stay by him.” I said to Anri.
“huh….no I’ll stay too.I can’t leave you alone!” she replied with concern.
*It’s ok.I’ll be fine.” I said putting a smile on my face.
Still worried but she nodded and said,”hm..ok”.
She left the cabin and went to the lounge.I kept watch over Kida,sitting on the chair next to his bed.Kida,that guy seemed to be sleeping peacefully.I just sat there.for almost an hour.I got up to check on Anri.
She was sleeping on one of the chair in the empty lounge.We were the only ones there.I gazed upon her face and thought to myself –“She is so beautiful.”
I stood in front of her.Staring  for while I turned around while smilingly sighing.That’s when I heard her mumble something.I went closer to hear.
“don't…..go” she mumbled.
I stumbled.Surprised as I was,I stood there.
“don't….go” mumbled she again.
I smiled and sat beside her.Couple of minutes passed.
She leaned and put her head on my shoulder.I was nervous.And blushing most probably.Tried to put her head away but it bacfired.She fell unto my lap.Now I was really frustrated.Wondering what should I do.
That’s when I heard her say something in her sleep.
“mi….ka…do..” she uttered.
I was staring at her face.Controlling myself from kissing her.I was obviously blushing.
She began opening her eyes.She opened her eyes.Our eyes met.I was staring right at her eyes.
Still laying on my lap she said,”Mikado??”
Realizing where she was,she was surprised and embarassed.She got up and sat straight.She was blushing.Couple of minutes passed.We bot sat beside each other,embarrassed,blushing.She suddenly got up and said,”um..ah….I’ll go check on Kida.”
I knew it was now or never.Even though I was nervous,even though I was embarrassed,I……..I shouted,”Anri,would you go out with me!”
I don’t know why I shouted and I didn’t really care.I sat there looking at Anri.My face became red blushing.
She stopped.Her back was turned against me so I couldn’t see her facial expression.She turned.It was clear she was surprised.
I again asked,”u..um…..w-would you?”
“I…..I…….I will!”she said and ran.I couldn’t see her face but I knew.,I knew she was smiling.
And I sat there with a big smile on my face.
