Chapter 23

Jay's POV
I woke up in will's spare room and I didn't see Erin or Spencer so I get up not realizing I'm in nothing but boxers until I see Natalie
Nat~ " jay nice boxers."
Jay~ " do you know where Erin and Spencer are?"
Nat~ " she went to get us all breakfast and you were still sleeping so she took Spencer."
Jay~ " okay. I'm going to go put some pants on now"
Nat~ " good idea" after Natalie said that Will walked out
Will~ " woah baby bro you need some pants on nobody wants to see your captain man boxers"
Jay~ " Erin does" Will looked at me like I was an idiot
Erin~ "hey baby" I heard Erin and walked to the door and kissed her
Jay~ " hey you!"
Erin~ " I think somebody missed daddy" Erin said handing me Spencer
Jay~ " hey buddy! I missed you too!"
Erin~ " so I was driving by this beautiful place and there's a house for sale a block from here!"
Jay~ " let me get dressed and we will go look at it!"
Erin~ " yeah go get dressed I should be the only one able to see you I'm like that!" I handed her Spencer and went to get dressed.
Me and Erin reached the place she was talking about and it's a 5 bedroom 3 bath house
Jay~ "Er baby why do we need 5 bedrooms?"
Erin~ " well don't you want to have more kids?"
Jay~ " well of course especially with you"
Erin~ " look at the back yard!" Erin said guiding me to the back door leading to a huge back yard
Jay~ " holy crap this is huge Er!"
Erin~ " it even has a pool, jay we have to get it"
Jay~ " no kidding, how much are they asking?"
Erin~ " I'm not to sure the phone number is on the sign out front so we will have to get it on the way out"
Me and Erin left and I wrote down the number on the real estate sign and called the guy who was selling the house
On the phone*
Justin~" hello this is Justin Howell"
Jay~ " hi mr Howell this is jay Halstead I was wandering about the house you have for sale on Crowley lane?"
Justin~ " yes what would you like to know?"
Jay~ " what is your asking price?"
Justin~ " $200,000"
Jay~ " wow that's a great price for that house if your free tomorrow could me and my wife meet up with you?"
Justin~ " of course! I'm free tomorrow at 10:00"
Jay~ " that works for both of us! See you then"
Justin~ " yes Mr Halstead!"
Hangs up phone*

                                   Erin POV
I hear Jay get off the phone and yell my name
Jay~ "Er baby come here hurry!" I run to will's living room
Erin~ "what jay?"
Jay~ " we meet with Justin Howell tomorrow at 10 in the morning to talk about the house!"
Erin~ "that's amazing! Did he say what they were asking?"
Jay~ " he said $200,000"
Erin~ "jay do we have that much to spend?"
Jay~ " Er I'm sure we do I have $75,000 in a bank account I haven't used since I was like 16"
My mouth hung open I had no idea jay had that much saved up
Erin~ " I have maybe $20,000. plus what we make in PD so we should have plenty for that house!"
Jay~ " yes ma'am, I can't wait to finally have a house and not an apartment" jay chuckled
Erin~ " well we did make some amazing memories in that place" I said looking at Spencer who was playing on the floor
Jay~ " yeah no kidding, listen we keep that couch"me and jay just  started laughing
Erin~ " yes sir mister officer sir!"
Jay~ " oh I have a smartass do I?"
Erin~ "yes sir you do" I said in between kisses
Will~ " hey you two wait until you get your place to do that"
Jay rolled his eyes at will
Erin~ " oh crap I need to get going hank wants to talk to me"
Jay~ " okay I will keep Spencer so he can hang out with his uncle Will and aunt Natalie"
Erin~ " okay I love you! And I love you Spencer"
Jay~ "be careful I know how you are when you drive"
Erin~ " shut up" I said kissing him
