President Snow (yes he's alive) stood up on a pedestal. He was handed an envelope with the number 100 on it.
Snow cleared his throat.
"To show that you life can change at any moment, this years Hunger Games will take place in 2 arenas.
After the first 12 tributes die, the living tributes will be frozen in place and they, along with anything on their person, will be transported to a new arena. It will have a new cornucopia with new weapons and supplies, but only 12 tributes. The Hunger Games will commence again after a 60 second countdown."
Snow left and went back to his mansion.
