Because every time a Blessing child had volunteered for the Hunger Games, they didn't just win - they entertained.

The Capitol Quell is a fanfiction based on The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins. Set during the Fourth Quarter Quell - the 100th Hunger Games - each tribute from every District is paired with a Capitol teenager. Reaping Day arrived; terror wrapped its relentless tentacles around Harper as she noticed more and more smirks and sly grins being passed her way before the election. Unfortunately for her, it didn't take long for her to realize why.
