"My advice is always ruin the friendship, better that than regret it for all time..." Haymitch narrows his eyes, "You've trained for this." She smirks a little, "I'm from District One, obviously I've trained." "No," he shakes his head, "You're different - you're not arrogant, you're confident." It's her turn to roll her eyes as she redirects her gaze to the sunset, "Yeah, well, I'm a Blessing. I was practically raised for this. My brothers set the bar pretty high." His eyebrows raise at that, he'd heard of her family. God, practically everyone in Panem had heard of her family. Because every time a Blessing child had volunteered for the Hunger Games, they didn't just win - they entertained.

"Theodore Cotton. Otherwise known as Panem's Prince Charming. " "I recognise him." "Of course you do. He's been one of the Capitol's favourite for the past 25 years. They are obsessed with him." "Strengths?" "Umm... moderately talented with a sword, popular. Oh, and beer pong champion." Katniss made a face, "Weaknesses?" "Only one." Theo and Ari have been best friends since they were kids. He's never told her that he wishes they were more. When he's reaped for the 49th Hunger Games, he's forced to admit the feelings to have a chance of going home. To her. But Ari has secrets of her own, and the life of a victor is not what it seems. Especially not when the people of the Capitol see you as their Prince Charming. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ General Information: - I started this before Sunrise on the Reaping and still haven't read it so it's not going to have anything from that book in it even though it's set from the 49th Games onwards. - Updates every Tuesday at 12pm GMT. - Multi-POV - Male OCx Fem OC - Pre-hunger games onwards. - I do not own the Hunger Games. All rights belong to Suzanne Collins. Also, I don't know if some of the fairytales I used as inspiration are copyright, but if they are, I don't own them either. - Typical Hunger Games trigger warnings: violence, child murder, prostitution, teen pregnancy, mild language, rape, sexual assault, innuendo and sexual references. - If you think I should change it to mature at any point, please tell me. I wasn't sure.

Skyla Rowan never thought the reaping could ruin her life twice. Three years after losing her father in a dam accident and her sister in the Hunger Games, she's just trying to keep her family together, keep her best friend Holly smiling, and pretend she isn't terrified of the 100th reaping. Then Holly's name is called. Holly - who can't fight, can't run, and wouldn't survive five minutes in the arena. So, Skyla does the only thing she can: she volunteers. Even if it means stepping straight into the Capitol's nightmare. But the fourth Quarter Quell has a twist. Two victors... but from different districts. And the other tribute from District Five is Caleb Merrick, Skyla's boyfriend. The one person she can't lose. The one person she might have to kill. Now Skyla is on a train to the Capitol, trapped between a Games she can't escape and a promise she isn't sure she can keep. Surviving the arena is one thing. Surviving whatever the Capitol has planned for the 100th Games is another story entirely. Updates every Monday. Enjoy! :)

As daylight breaks over District 10, the solemn occasion of the 25th Annual Hunger Games reaping begins. Circumstances have undergone a shift this year, making it distinctly different from previous ones. In honor of President Snow's continued dedication to the Hunger Games, he has introduced a novel new tradition to the annual competition. "Every 25 years, Penem shall hold a monumental Hunger Games to celebrate the games in such a way that it shall be unforgettable. Each Quarter Qell, we shall collect the game makers together and vote for a special edition for these games. This year, each district will vote for their own Male and Female tribute to participate in the 25th Annual Hunger Games". In a turn of events that defied all expectations, Nyla Stallard and her lover, Marlon Langston, are both chosen to compete in these unique games alongside each other.

The Capitol wanted the districts to choose their own sacrifices. They never expected the answer would haunt them. When District 7 votes in the Briar twins, Asher and Willow are sent into a living forest that changes with the seasons and devours the weak. One twin fights with fury. The other survives by kindness. Neither is willing to become what the Capitol demands. As the arena turns beautiful and brutal, the Games spiral toward a moment the Capitol cannot control and cannot erase. The 125th Hunger Games are just around the corner, and Lacie Greenly, a 16-year-old child genius from District 4, doesn't know her life is about to change forever. That makes it seem like she's the main character, right? Wrong. Every year, the Capitol makes it seem like there's only one perspective to the Games - that of the Victor - but that's far from the truth. This year, 36 tributes will enter the Arena, and each one has a different perspective of the Games. Of all the competitors from across Panem, who will be crowned the Victor? Will Lacie overcome the other competitors? How about Soren, the brother of last year's Victor? What will Carlo and Seffie, two District 5 teens on the verge of love, do when they are Reaped together? 36 tributes will enter the Arena in one week. Some will fall in love, some will be betrayed by those closest to them, and in the end, all but one will die.

At thirteen, Marla won the Games - and lost her body to the poison that lives inside her. The Capitol calls her a miracle. She calls it a curse that won't let her close her eyes. A Catching Fire-inspired Wattpad story of poisoned victors, living weapons, and a girl with something poisonous inside her that whispers about how easy it would be to stop fighting.

"On the 175th anniversary, for the rebels to remember that the war was fought against their own brothers, the two tributes selected from each district will be siblings, both between the ages of 12 and 18 as per usual." One hundred and one years after the 74th Hunger Games, the year when Primrose Everdeen and Peeta Mellark died, is the 175th Games, and the Seventh Quarter Quell. Two sisters from District Twelve, Margo and Alexia Hawthorne (the Great-Great-Granddaughters of Rory Hawthorne) are reaped to be the Tributes for their district. With the help of their mentor, Kolton Clarke, and a few small alliances, who will be able to make it out alive? TRIGGER WARNING Mentions violence and suicide Obviously, Katniss Everdeen, Gale Hawethorne, Rory Hawethorn, Primrose Everdeen, Peeta Mellark and Coriolanus Snow and The Hunger Games all belong to Suzanne Collins, but this plot line and all original characters belong to me.

In the 67th Hunger Games, survival is not a choice it's a fight against a world engineered to destroy. For 16-year-old Solene Harlow of District 6, the arena is a nightmare of fire, shifting earth, and air that burns. Reaped too young and too hopeful, Solene enters believing she can outsmart death but in The Inferno, even the ground thirsts for blood. The arena is more than a battleground. Rivers of lava cut through the land like open wounds, acid rain falls in the dark, and predator-mutts stalk from smoke and shadows. In this living hell, Solene must navigate not only the terrain but the crumbling lines between ally and enemy, mercy and murder. Then, she meets Kade a tribute with the strength of a Career and the soul of someone who's still trying to hold on. Together, in hidden caves and breathless moments beneath a sky stained red, they build something fragile: trust. Maybe even something more. But in the Games, love is a weakness, and promises are just targets. When Kade gives up his life so Solene can live, the fire inside her doesn't die it hardens. Her victory is forged in sacrifice, not glory. Now crowned "The Fire Girl" by the Capitol, Solene returns to District 6 as a victor but no longer a child. Haunted by the arena, by ash and memory, and by the boy who might have been more in another world, in another life she realise survival was only the beginning. In a world where fire consumes everything, what part of yourself do you give up to stay alive and what's left when the flames go out?

~A Hunger Games Fanfiction~ (I wrote this story almost 7 years ago at 14. I haven't gone back and edited anything - don't plan to - but I just republished this story for funsies since I recently rediscovered my wattpad account after the new hunger games book about haymitch came out. So obviously not accurate :333333) "You may not have the strength and training," she began in a hushed voice as a tear rolled down her cheek, "but you have the brains. Promise to me that you'll use them wisely, Harper." Harper, a fourteen-year-old girl was a quiet citizen of District One. She wasn't very popular nor liked by her classmates. Her only friend was her older sister, and her parents were hardly around. When the first Quarter Quell made its appearance, all district citizens of Panem were instructed to elect a fellow tribute of their district to enter the deadly arena. Reaping Day arrived; terror wrapped its relentless tentacles around Harper as she noticed more and more smirks and sly grins being passed her way before the election. Unfortunately for her, it didn't take long for her to realize why.

Great! But the catch is that it doesn't just stop there. While Katniss and Peeta are fighting to save each other, a twist is called to the Quell. Now something stands in their way.
