I stood at the end of the hallway and stared at the darkness as it inched closer and closer, threatening me with its enveloping prescence. I was trapped, the creature was approaching.
The darkness came closer, teasing me, urging me forwards. I risked a last glance behind me and saw a shadow round the corner. I swallowed my fear and ran forwards.
It was cold, as if the entire area was snowing. I looked up and saw the walls stretch up out of sight. i looked forward and saw... nothing. I continued onwards hugging my arms to my body, desperate for warmth.
I could feel the gaze of another prescence burning into the back of my neck. I shivered and continued forwards into the corridor.
