I woke this morning feeling... empty. No more aunt Melissa doing yoga or meditating, no more of aunt Melissa's amazing breakfast. I miss her. Snap out of it Annie! I'm acting like she's dead! I'll just FaceTime her tonight. I look to the side of my bed. Hayden's not there. I grab my phone. I have 3 messages. One from Hayden, One of Paige and one from aunt Melissa. I open aunt Melissa's first.

I loved when he called me princess. It made my day. As I was waiting for Hayden to come over, I just was thinking about the country. What would Brooke and Caleb be doing right now? How would the horses be? What about dad? I just always think about it. To be completely honest, sometimes I wish I was still there. Not that I don't like my city life, I love it! It's just that, I miss home. I feel homesick.
