Amelia's P.O.V
You know when you get up and be like, 'its morning already' yeah that's me.
I groaned rolling over and pushing my face deeper into the pillow. "Amelia!!" my smaller version of me screamed running into the room.
"Hey baby boy." Before you say anything he's not my son he's my brother.
"School!" he said it's how he wakes me up in the morning .
Gotta love that kid.
"Yes." I cooed "school you know what that means you have to leave so I can get ready."
Jaxton pouted."but I just got here."
" I know." I smiled " now go wake everyone so they can make me breakfast." I said winking.
He ran out of the room screaming
"everyone wake yo' asses up!"
Mom is gonna kill me for that.Oh well I'll deal with it later.
I got up walking to the bathroom.

"She's gonna be fine." I blinked trying to adjust my eyes to the light.
"We didn't tell her. She's fifteen,and her birthday is tomorrow. She'll shift"

I opened my eyes to see my mom and dad with worried faces. I got up groaning.
"Tell me what mom?" I ask looking at her.
She bit her lip looking nervous; "nothing" she finally said
"I'm going."dad said.
I looked at her squinting I said;
"I don't believe you"
"It's nothing I said!" She shouted.
I blinked.
My mother never shouted at me.
"Oh" I said getting up.
"Well I'll be at Mel's" I said stretching
" how long was I asleep?" I asked.
"14 hours."she said simply.
My eyes widened. I missed school! whatever that chemistry test can suffer in hell.
"Mum I'm going out."I said.
"Wait." She said catching up to me" the alpha is coming to town he is looking for a mate you will be going to the gathering."
"No I won't mum. I won't put myself in danger just for a few animals!" I screamed stomping my feet.
"You are going." She said.
"No I'm not."I said.
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes"
"No!"
"Can't you just be normal and listen to your parents?!" mum screamed tugging at her hair.
I blinked. frightened at her outburst."as I said I'm going out."I said turning on my heel going to the door.
"Bye."
I sighed. My parents will never understand me; but suppose the alpha is my 'mate'.
