I got my cast on and it was weird at first but then I just got used to it . It had been a couple weeks since it happened and since the whispering . But some other things had happened I just remember hearing screaming and then running down stairs and my brother had a knife in his stomach and was coughing up blood I guessed that he had been running And and fell on the knife I had still been in shock for a few days . My brother who I lived with my whole life was gone and somehow I just felt like it was my fault but there was nothing I could do now. For the rest of the month I just felt numb and didn't really pay attention to much anymore and I just tried to forget the horror on everyone's face .
