darby's pov i am going to sam and colby's house today and i'm not gunna lie...i am not looking forward to it. i got dressed

and did my makeup. i just did some natural makeup and then i went downstairs. "ready?" i asked gabby "yeah. let's go" and with that, we left. ~•~•~•~•~• i knocked on the door and i was kinda nervous. i guess they're gunna have to found out some day, but why today?! "hey" elton said while opening the door. "hey" i said. we walked inside and jake was hanging out with sam and colby. "sam, can i talk to you?" i asked "yeah sure!" he said while getting from the couch. we went to his room and i was freaking out. "darby, ar-are you ok?" he asked "yeah. i'm fine" i lied. "ok. what's up" ugh. this would be so much easier if you weren't so cute! i thought to myself. "thanks. but what's so hard?" he asked "i said that out loud?!" i said and my eyes widened. "yeah but thanks" he said and i laughter softly. "umm...i like you. i'm not gunna lie. i really do but i also like someone else." i blurted out "wow. really? who?" he asked he looked sad but he still looked cute. HOW?! "i don't know if i wanna tell you..." my voice trailed off "it's ok. i won't tell who it is" he said. "ugh. i'll let you guess" i said "ok...aaron,-" "nope" i said "brennen?" "nope" "colby?" dang it i thought to myself "is it colby?" he asked because i didn't give him an answer "yeah" i said very quietly. "ok...listen i still like you but i don't want you to stress about this. ok?" he's so sweet! "thank you. i still like you. i just need some time" i said "are you going to talk to colby about this?" "yeah. gabby is making me!" i said "come here" we stood up and he pulled me into a hug. i immediately hugged him back and rested my head on his chest. we went downstairs and i asked colby if we could talk and then we went into his room. "what's up?" he asked "umm...wow. this is awkward" i said "what's wrong?" he asked "well, you know i like sam right?" "yep" he sounded kind of annoyed when i asked that. "i kinda like someone else too" i said "who?" i asked. i didn't give him a direct answer i just looked at him "wow" is all he said "yeah. i like you and sam. I LIKE SAM AND COLBY!" i said he laughed softly "i'm not gunna lie...i like you too" he said ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! this would be so much easier if he didn't like me back i thought to myself "wow" is all i said. what else could i say?! "i don't know what to do!" i said. he pulled me into a hug and i rested my head on his chest. "just relax. does sam know that you like me?" he asked "yeah" "ok. not stress. it's ok. i honestly think that you should date sam because he really likes you" "he does?" he does "yeah. he doesn't stop talking about you and no offense but it kinda gets annoying" he said which cause me to giggle. "ok" i said. i gave one last hig and then walked out of his room. i walked into sam's room to see him on his computer "hey" i said "hey" he got up from his chair and walked over to me. "so-" i cut him of by kissing him. it was kinda hard because i way shorter than him but his lifted me up. "what happened?" he asked "i guess...i really like you" i said. he kissed me again and i wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck.
colby's pov
i'm kinda upset about the whole thing with darby and sam but sam is my best friend and i have to support him. i just hope that i can get over these feelings.
sam's pov
i fell bad for Colby and i have to be careful about what i say around him. i had no idea that he had these feeling for her. "sam, are you ok?" darby asked "yeah. i'm great" i said. "me too" she said as she pulled me into a hug. "darby?" "yeah?" "will you be my girlfriend?" i asked "ugh do i have to?" she said sarcastically. we laughed for a little bit "i will" she said. i picked her up and kissed her. "what do you wanna do?" i asked "wanna go to my house?" she asked "sure" we walk d downstairs and darby to gabby that we were leaving. gabby was talking with jake about a video.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• "what do you wanna do?" i asked "umm...wanna watch a movie" she said "sure! which one?" "finding dory?" she suggested "yeah" we sat on the couch and watched the movie. about an hour in the movie, i noticed that darby fell asleep while her head on my lap. she's so beautiful. i kinda moved and that caused her to wake up "i'm sorry" i said "no no no. it's fine. i'm a very light sleeper. the smallest things wake me up." she sat up and went on her phone. "gabby texted me. she wants us to go pick her up" she said "alright let's go" we paused the movie and got in her car. ~•~•~• "hey" gabby said as she walked out of the house. "hey" i got out of the car and said bye to sam.
