It was another hard day at school for Gold. Not that she was being bullied, she just didn't like the people there. They didn't try to understand what she goes through and usually they don't even talk to her.
Though most times, she didn't mind that much. It wasn't the first time that everyone ignored her.
After awhile of thinking, Gold had decided that she was going to head to the woods. The one place she felt safe and the one place she was free of anxiety and depression. Both of which she struggled with greatly. Luckly, she never cut as she believed meditating in the woods would help more.
While walking, Gold had found a mirror. She looked at her glowing gold eyes, her black to red fading hair that was pulled back in a ponytail, and her black leather jacket with black leggings. She adored this look, as it made her feel quite good about herself, even when she was having a rough day. She then continued on too the woods.
Gold had finally reached the woods. The woods were beautiful. The trees' leaves were a bright transparent lime green and their wood was a very dark brown. Gold was always suprised that no one else came here. Maybe not to startle the wildlife? She never found out.
After thinking on that for about 5 minutes, Gold had found a lake. It was a beautiful light blue color, with vibrant fish swimming around. She couldn't believe her eyes and ears when a doe walked up to her and started to speak.
"Hello little one. What brings you to the Holy Lake?" The doe questioned.
"Oh, I came here to escape the pains of life. Also, YOU CAN TALK?!" Gold declared with a suprised face.
"Oh, how rude of me. Yes i can talk and my name is Shika, the queen of deer." The doe stated.
"Wow, your quite interesting. Anyways, my name is Gold Sukuizu." Gold declared. Gold was amazed, she never knew that the wildlife in these woods would ever speak.
Gold looked around and noticed many animals facing her. "Why are they looking at me." she asked returnibg her focus back on Shika.
"They feel the power within you. You most likely are a desendant of the gods. Or also known as a demigod. This is the reson you can hear us speak." Shika said looking into Gold's eyes.
"Wow, that's a lot to take in. I have so many questions. How many demigods are there? What god or goddess do I desend from? What powers do I have? Who will train me? Is this the reason I struggle with mental illness?" Gold quickly said as if she were about to die.
"Don't worry child, all of those questions will be answered in time." Shika answered.
Gold finally realized her life was about to get a lot harder.
