"Close your eyes!" Luke yelled at you when you tried to pry his fingers off your face.
"Where are we going?" You whined.
"Just wait." He said as he gently pushed you along.
A few minutes later you stepped onto something soft, which you recognised as sand.
"Luuuuukkee!"
"Hannaaaahh!" He mimicked you.
"Ok we're here." He said and removed his hands from your eyes.
You gasped as you took in your surroundings.
The beach was dimly lit by the moon and a few candles surrounded a picnic blanket. On the blanket was a big picnic basket full of food and beside that was his guitar.
"Luke this is beautiful!" You sighed and Luke pulled you in for a hug. He wrapped his arms around your waist and you placed yours on the nape of his neck, gently twirling his hair between your fingers.
"Not as beautiful as you." He grinned cheekily.
"You are so cheesy!" You giggled at his comment.
You both sat down and ate the delicious food before he sang a song to you and played his guitar.
It was a romantic night with the best boyfriend ever.
