you were staying the night at your best friend Calum's house tonight. you woke up in the middle of the night because of the very heavy rain. you lay down on the mattress on the floor tossng and turning to try get back to sleep but the rain was just too loud. the rain continued to get heavier and soon followed a flash of lightning.there weren't many things that you were scared of, but storms were the worst. you cuddled further under your blankets and had to cover your mouth whenever there was a crack of thunder or another flash of lightning. there was one massive roar of thunder which made you jump and scream a litte. you quickly covered your mouth because you didnt want to wake up calum, but unfortunately he heard anyways.
"(y/n)?" he mumbled.
"are you ok?" he asks. there was a flash of lightning out side and you winced and he noticed what as wrong. he moved over in his bed and lifted the covers a little.
"come here" he said.
you climbed up off the mattress and gently hopped into bed with him and he wrapped his arms around you, making you feel safe. he played with your hair until you fell asleep in his arms.
