Chapter 1 - Not Going As Planned

Hello reader let's dive into the world of my life

Well hello my name is Carmen Ling. I am 11 years old. I have gone through some though things in life like bullying and other things. So you are going to be me throughout this book.

I study at a pretty nice school and their are kinda nice people I guess? So everyday is like every normal day. Studying, messing around and etc.

It was English period and it was quite boring.... The teacher only tought us about Adverbs of Frequency ugh..... The teacher said "Quickly do your work and pass up tour books or else you are staying back during break to do your work" in an angry tone. I did my work as fast as I could in a big rush to eat. I was basically starving to death. I did my work just in time and shouted "DONE!". Some people are still quite slow like Nicholas. I usually call him a nincompoop. Which means stupid.

Just as the bell rang we said "THANK YOU MS AMY!". Then we just dashed to the canteen as fast as we could because starving after Physical Education class before English.

We ate as fast as SONIC RUNS. Music lesson was after break so we had to go to the music room. We would always be 10 minutes early than the teacher comes. Well we quite fast in fact. We had to practice the Fight Song by Rachel Platten for talent day. I was screaming at my friend "EMMA WE GOTTA GET PRAISED!!!". Cause our teacher praises us for coming early.

We had this drink for sale at the school canteen which is soya milk and the brand of the bottle is .... SOYA MAN. Me and Emma believed that Soya Man is bad luck. Well on that coincidental day she bought SOYA MAN.

We walking casually walking to class to take our books. The curse of SOYA MAN struck. I almost dropped all my food because of SOYA MAN. Then Emma said angrily "FUCK YOU SOYA MAN!!!" while pointing the middle finger at the lifeless bottle of soya milk.

We were halfway to class when suddenly I decided to check my watch. The watch showed 10.18 AM. But our break ends at 10.20 AM and class starts also at 10.20 AM. Me and Emma screamed "OH SHIT!!!". SONIC MODE ENGAGED.. We ran up the stairs as fast as we could but we forgot that Emma was holding.... SOYA MAN! Emma was running and she tripped on the stairs and almost fell backwards.

We took our books and SONIC MODE our way to the music room. We ran across the road without even looking if there were cars. As we were running, we kept on screaming "OH SHIT, OH SHIT, OH SHIT!!!" really loudly. But we made it in time as everyone was lining up to go inside the music room. Sarah a good friend of ours asked us "Where were you guys?". But we were both out of breath to answer her.
