Power Trip of "Love"

Introductions

I exhaled the smoke from my lungs.

The view of the town looked a little bit better. The haziness complimented the grey clouds as they seemed to descend upon the town.

I took another hit

The grey seemed to lighten to represent a pale sadness instead of a grey anger.

Whether I was crying or it was raining, neither made sense. But nothing ever did.

Aiden.

A bad boy.

By nature, no. By choice, somewhat.

When his mother abandoned, he was left with his father, who worked 24/7 and gave him nothing but a money fund.

All Aiden wanted was to be loved and cared for.

All he got was a crazy ex girlfriend, fist fights and three god sent friends.

It wasn't exactly what he asked for but it was better than nothing.

Who looks like she has everything in order.

Who is suffering from the disease of picture perfect.

Her family is falling apart, which means her life is, yet she can't show it because she has responsibilities to a younger brother (and an older brother).

Her ability to trust is non existent.

Not by choice, but by luck, even though at the time it seems formidable.

Do opposites with same wounds attract and heal or create more scars and turmoil?
