They told me once
oh some time ago
that people wanted to help
I never said I was sick did I
I showed them once what I could do
They stumbled back appalled
No one came to visit then
Never a knock nor call
Every one in town had heard
I wouldn't see anyone anymore
But its not like that mangy mutt had much to live for
