Prologue

No one knows how The Power came to be. Some say that the families who escaped the Salem witch hunt created it to protect them. For thousands of years it has kept them safe....until now...

The small town of Ipswich has been the home of the the four sons of Ipswich, James Danvers, Paul Parry, Tyler Simms, and Reid Garwin. They all attend Spenser Academy. They're popular at school. These boys were raised together because of their special ability.

James Danvers is the oldest of the boys. He's more cautious of using the Power because he's close to ascending. He's the responsible one and everybody in school loves him except for the ones that are jealous.

Paul Parry is the second oldest. He and James hang out together and try to avoid trouble, unlike the younger two. He has a girlfriend named Katerina Tunney. If he's not with James or Kat, or the other boys, then he's definitely in the shop working on his precious motorcycle.

Reid Garwin is the bad boy in the group. He doesn't care what others think of him. He's also careless about using his powers. He, along with Tyler, always find a way to cause trouble.

Tyler Simms is the youngest of the group. He takes Reid's side. Trouble and mayhem seems to follow these two around.
