Sorry it took so long, I've wanted to post this on Law's birthday but I got the dates mixed up, oops XD
This will be a slow start since I want to reintroduce the characters for those who are new to my work.

Matsuri Island; an island where the lively and jubilant townspeople celebrates all sorts of festival with high tension, celebration any festivals for three days before preparing for the next.
It's an island of such fun festivities where all is welcome.
Upon reaching said island, the Heart Pirates were all very eager to had have landed on Matsuri Island, having been at sea a bit too long, dealing with random Sea Kings and surviving on their slowly dwindling rations.
However, they still had another problem to face...
"ALL RIGHT GUYS, GET AS MANY FREE SAMPLES AS YOU CAN!!!" Shachi shouted from the front of the group, fist in the air.
"Ooooooraaaaa!" Penguin cried out, shooting his fist in the air, starting the group off.
"OOOOOOOOORA!" they all followed suit, fire blazing in their determined eyes.
They were low on money.
Not completely broke, but just barely enough to survive on.
From behind the pirate mob, Bepo stood beside their Captain. The polar bear looked down to him, tilting his fluffy head to the side, "What should we do, Captain?"
With his nodachi tucked within his crossed arms, and his back relaxed against the metal wall, Law watched as his men charged forward with flames in their eyes, jumping overboard with vigor as they raced towards the festive town.
"We go and gather information." Law simply answered then turned to the giant that had been standing besides him the whole time, "What will you do?" he questioned.
"I think I'm going to sit this one out." Jambarl grunted, heading back inside the sub.
Law nodded before pushing off the wall to follow in the direction of where his men rushed off to, "Let's go, Bepo."
"Aye, Captain!" Bepo saluted and quickly followed suit.

Streamers and paper lanterns were hung above by buildings and tall dark lanterns with paper confetti fluttering down on the happy townspeople in their colourful yukatas and animal masks on their face.
Since it was still morning, the games that were reserved for night was being prepared, so in the meantime, food stands were set up.
In the spirit of the festival, the Heart Pirates were given access to the yukatas upon entering the decorated town, exchanging their boiler uniform for comfortable loose-fitting yukatas.
However, they were on rental and the first two hours were free of charge.
As the group split off in search of money saving produce, a group of four pirates marveled at the crowd of people dressed in colourful yukatas, but most of all, the animal mask they don on their faces made them feel as if they had enter into another world.
