Clary's  Pov
Let me give you some back story on my eighteenth birthday I found out I was a shadowhunter. I also found out the vampires, werewolf's, celies, and demons were all real. My best friend Simon become a vamp as well. But with that behind us it has been three years; three wonderful years sense than and I was getting the hang of the hole shadowhunter thing. Isabell and I got super close and now we were about to become closer than sisters we were going to become parabiti! Jace and I were doing great we were the "perfect couple" in Izzy's  words. But a few months ago Jace started to come home late no one knew because I thought it wasn't necessary but now I can't get a hold of him calling, texting, even fire messages won't work I am getting really worried! But than I remembered that I had put a tracker app on his phone the third time he was late. When I looked at the app it showed that he was at pandemonium. I wonder why he's there than all the pieces fell into place he was late because he was fighting demons he wanted to keep me safe because we had talked about getting married and starting a family! I ran all the way to the club when I got there I put on the invisibility rune so only shadowhunters could see me. I was walking through the loud crowded club when I saw a bunch of girls around the love seat. I thought Magnus was at it again. When I finally fought my way through the girls I said " Mags this has to stop your in..." I didn't get to finish my sentence because a pair of golden eyes met my green ones. He just sat there without a shirt on his arms wrapped around a topless chic. After a couple seconds he seemed to realize what was happening and pushed the girl off him onto the floor. She looked up at him with a pouting look but continued to sit there. He reached for my hand but I yanked away that's when I exploded! "HOW COULD YOU I THOUGHT WE WERE IN LOVE YOU CHEATING JERK!" "HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON!" He stood there rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. " A couple of months but it meant nothing I swear!" I stoped listening after that I didn't want to hear any more of his disgusting lies. I knew I couldn't stay with him anymore I had to leave and I knew just where to go I was sad that I was leaving Izzy, Mags, Alec, and my parents but I had to leave. When I came back from my thoughts he was still talking I just turned and ran all the way back to the apartment I looked the door and quickly packed clothes and other essentials. Just as I finished jace started to pound on the door trying to get in. He was yelling apologies though the door. I knew he would eventually brake the door down so I ran to my room and locked the door and put a locking rune on it. I sent a fire message to Iz, Alec, Mags, Luke, and Joyclen (sorry for the bad spelling) telling them everything he did I didn't tell them I was leaving though it would break there hearts. I drew a fire rune on the wall of my room and it started to burn. I did this so Magnes couldn't track me. On the wall that wasn't burning I drew a portal rune just as I was about to step through jace got into my room he looked at me but he couldn't get to me because the fire and engulfed everything but the spot where I was and the portal. " Clare please don't we can figure this out" he begged! " Don't call me Clare or even Clary you lost that right when you decided to CHEAT on me you disgusting bastred" I shouted at him by this time Iz, Alec, Mags, Luke, and Joyclen had arrived they were all starting at me with tears in their eyes. With one last look at Izzy I stepped through the portal to the place I wanted to go. To the place where I could start a new life.

Jace's Pov
I went to pandemonium again looking for Jessica we had been hooking up for the past couple of months. I love Clary I truly do but I just had this draw to Jess I can't explain. I found her in our spot the love seat she took her top off I took my shirt off and we started to kiss it was soft at first but it soon turned into a passionate hard kiss. I tuned out the world as I melted in to it but the only thing I could think about was Clary. After tonight I am not going back I won't tell Jessica because if I do she will probably tell Clary what we have been doing. I only came back to the world when I herd someone say " Mags this has to stop your in..." they didn't finish there sentence as our eyes met. My eyes met green ones and I realized it was Clary! I just sat there like an idiot when I realized that I had no shirt on and my arms were around a topless Jess. I quickly pushed her off me onto the floor she stared up at me with a pouting look but stayed there nonetheless. I reached for Clary's had but she yanked it away than she exploded " HOW COULD YOU I THOUGHT WE WERE IN LOVE YOU CHEATING JERK!" HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON" she asked?! I was in shock so I stood there like a doofus rubbing the back of my head sheepishly. I realized that if I didn't answer her question she would get even more upset so I said " a couple of months but I meant nothing I swear!" "I love you so much it meant nothing I will stop we can go home get married start a family be the perfect couple like Izzy says you and Iz can become parabiti you can become a good shadowhunter just please let's go home" I begged. She continued to stare at me that without warning she whipped around and ran away. I tried to go after her but Jess grabbed my hand "if she leaves you call me" she said with a seductive smile. Stop it Jace go get Clary back than come back and kill Jessica I mentally scolded myself as I ran back to the apartment. When I got there I tried to open the door it wouldn't budge I realized Clary locked it. I started to bang on the door while I shouted apologies though the door. Finally the door gave way and I ran inside Clary was no where to be found I realized she was in her bed room. I started to hack away at that door because I knew she locked it it broke apart but I still couldn't get in. I saw a rune on the broken door and realized she put a locking rune on it so I used and opening rune and I finally got through when I got through I didn't expect to see what I saw there was fire everywhere so I couldn't get closer to Clary she was just about to step into a portal! "Clare please don't we can figure this out" I begged! "Don't call me Clare or even Clary you lost that right when you decided to CHEAT on me you disgusting bastard" snapped back at me. That's when I everyone arrived I realized that if Clary left I would be in big big trouble especially with Isabell. With one last look at Izzy she stepped through to god knows where.
