Fight for one. Eat less crap, eat more healthy shit. Exercise until you feel the pain it causes you, don't stop when it hurts - stop when you are finished!
Don't stop when the beads of sweat drip from your head, stop when you know the number on the scale will be different tomorrow.This is how I motivate myself each day, do half of the work and you will only receive half of the results!
But you don't want this body, Hun. This body either means you have been starving yourself or the result of a psychical disorder which affects your ability to gain weight. I know, how tempting it is to do not eat a few meals, but it won't help you. Once you start to eat normally again, all the weight will come back and possibly even more. You want a way to keep the weight off for your life, right?
In the last two weeks, I have lost a total of three pounds. I know that it doesn't seem a drastic amount, but it is a start. I need to work out more, most definitely. I have been working out about 30 minutes a day though, I guess I need to up my game.Sw: 152 lbs
