Late Night : A Collection of Poems

It's Funny

Sadness is a funny thing,

it's something we all hate feeling,

we don't want to be sad,

we don't want to feel alone,

But why is it so hard to be happy,

Is it because of it's unfamiliarity,

It feels odd to smile,

It feels odd to be care free,

So I remain in tears as I go to sleep,

No longer knowing why I still weep,

I used to cry because of pain,

I used to cry because I felt lone.

Now I shoulder nothing at all,

Feeling no pain in the ground I still fall,

Why won't the tears stop,

Why do the tears fall,

Why can't I be happy once and for all?

Hi guys! I know this poem sucks but I just thought of this before I went to bed. Instead of making a new story I decided this one can be a collection of them instead. So I'll change the cover soon and also the Title. What do you think of the poem?
