”She can’t be that inhumane!’’ My mom cried out. She always sees the best in people.

“Oh, but she is mom, she’s practically an alien!’’ I shouted.

My mom just shook her head, “Honey, you’re a Jones, and a Jones doesn’t talk ugly about anybody! She said.

I just shrugged and walked out of the room, completely forgetting I left the fridge open.  I went downstairs to check, and it was closed. “Hmm it was probably Corey.” I said to myself. I walked up the stairs and stared at the invitation. It was so detailed and bright my eyes wouldn’t leave it. Yet the question was still lingering in the back of my head. Do I go or do I not? I finally decided; it was worth a shot. I packed my bag with all the necessary items, put the key into the ignition and backed out of the driveway. After getting lost at the second stop sign, I finally pull up to her house. Balloons, streamers, strobe lights, and horses were a few of the many things that greeted me. Well, here I go.
