Lexi POV
"Please dad I'm begging you I don't want them knowing " I begged
"No lexi , they are your family, besides you need support in this because this is a big thing " said my dad
"I don't need more support I've got you? " I said
"Lexi" said my dad as 3 nurses came in
"Hello lexi, We have come to move you down to the gynaecology room where you will give birth " said Dr Eva as the 2 other nurses started putting the bars up on the bed
"Okay" I said
1 hour later
Jake and all that lot were here now and we're all talking when a nurse came in
"Okay lexi, I've got a pill that you will have to take to induce your labour " said the nurse as she held a cup of water and a cup with a pill in
"Okay" I said as she handed me the pill to take
"Will she receive pain medication or will this be natural? " Asked My nan
"Due to lexi already being on pain medication for her stomach pains we cannot give her more due to her age" said the nurse
"Okay then" said my nan as my dad came back in the room
"Lexi, I'm going to get a midwife to come talk to you soon about what will happen in more detail " said Dr Eva as she left
"So you okay?" Asked jake as he sat on the end of my bed
"What do you think?" I asked looking up at him
"Lexi stop the attitude " shouted my dad
"Why? I don't want him here! In fact I don't want any one here! I've got myself into this mess so I can happily get myself out so just all leave!" I shouted
"Lexi your 14 and your going to be giving birth in a few hours! We can't exactly leave you can we?" Said my dad as everyone went to wait outside
I lied down on the side facing away from my dad as I cried
"Lexi, I know it's hard but we did warn you" said my dad
" can I ask a question?" I asked drying my eyes
"Yes sure anything" said my dad
"Can I see my mom ? " I asked
My dad just stared at me
"Lexi no, you don't need your mom you've got me " said my dad
"Really? I've got you? Totally your always too busy , the only time you ever notice me is when I'm either in trouble or I've done something " I said
"Lex, that's not true" said my dad as another nurse came in the room
"Hi Lexi, I'm your midwife Dr lacy " said the Dr lacy as she sat Down on a chair
"Hi" I said as my dad went to the toilet
" So how are you? " Asked Dr Lacy
"I'm fine , just still taking everything in" I said
" do you want to talk to me about anything?" Asked Dr Lacy
"Well there is something but it's not related to this " I said
"What is it?" Said Dr Lacy
"Well my mom, my dad said she left when I was younger because she couldn't cope , I really need her I just miss her , and whenever I talk about her my dad either shouts at me or tells me I don't need her when I do, I really need my mom " I said now crying
"I know what your going through, things like these are tough I must admit, This isn't really my place to say but when I was younger I didn't have my mom and my dad did tell me off, but do you know what I done? I decided enough was enough and I eventually found out who my mom was and if I didn't then I wouldn't be where I am now " said Dr Lacy
"Thanks, also is there any chance that I can have everybody out ? Because I don't want anybody here because they just keep telling me off and it's upsetting me more " I said
"I'm sure that can be arranged , but remember that story I told you, I will talk to you later on " said Dr Lacy As she got up and left
I had decided enough was enough and I was going to find out who my mom was
