Chapter23 - It won't be the same again

I know one of us need to cool down. And we both need space...

“I said I’m not mad at you!”

“Then why are you acting like this if you’re not mad? Huh?”

Bakit ba in-denial siya?

Kitang-kita at damang-dama ko ang galit niya sakin. TSK. Saglit siyang hindi nagsalita. He’s really mad and acting crazy over things.

“Answer me!” I shouted.

“BECAUSE I’M FREAKING JEALOUS!”- may intensidad na sigaw ni Vince.

 I can’t move an inch after hearing what he said. I held my breath at para bang saglit tumigil sa pag-galaw ang oras. Para bang ayaw maniwala ng utak ko sa narinig..

“You’re w-what?..” I asked him again hesitantly.

And Vince just stared at me and refused to answer my question. I’m seeking to hear it from him again though what he said was very loud and clear. Few more seconds he left the room coldly without saying anything. And the moment he closed the door I find myself getting a hold of the sofa and nearly fell down.

Hindi ko namalayang may luha ng dumaloy sa mga mata ko, mabilis ko ‘tong pinunasan ng kamay ko. Pero pagkapunas ko tuloy-tuloy ng tumulo ang luha ko. Patuloy ako sa pagpahid pero sadyang hindi sila nauubos.

Siguro alam ko sa sarili ko na hindi ko kayang pigilan..

Sa huli ay hinayaan ko na lang dumaloy ang mga luhang ayaw magpapigil.

I can’t hide the pain..

And this weird feeling..

If Vince really is jealous..

I can no longer act the same to him again.

I can no longer let him in that easily..

Or worst I can’t let him again..

Because if I did..

I might lose control..

..lose myself..

And without thinking tear down the walls I created

And fall together with him..
