Hey, it's Jack. I don't usually write, but I thought this would be something to do. Basically this is the story of me, the new, the old and the ugly. Buckle up, 'cause this one's gonna be a hell of a bumpy, uncomfortable ride. Enjoy!
It all began on the last day of primary school, probably the worst day of my life. I hated school. I really did. I absolutely despised everything about it. The teachers, the students, the extremely awkward socialising, those sudden moments of powerful emotions, the people who thought I wasn't all there or I was 'special' and some more horrible shit. School really was torture for me. After all I was surrounded by the people who shut me out and betrayed me...Well betrayed is a strong word, but it was what it felt like to be honest. Anyways back to the story. I walked in the rusted old gates of the school with joy as it was the last day I'd have to witness this place. That joy was swept away when i seen Cherry and her posse of bitches look at me and laugh across the schoolyard.
I swiftly walked around the corner of the Junior's building and slouched down on the ground. I plugged my blue earphones into my iPod and put on my favourite Spotify playlist. I closed my eyes and got enveloped in my thoughts when suddenly the loud school bell interrupted it. I got up to walk to my class when my bag was grabbed by the principal and said angrily, "No devices Mr. Murphy!". He snatched my iPod and stuffed it into his pocket. I stormed off into the main building. Our teacher put on a documentary about the large hadron collider when everyone got into class. I was late, of course. I seen it before, so I pulled out my sketchbook and started to doodle. I drew a picture of my teacher with devil horns and a beard. I ended up dozing off when I was awoken by an infuriated Mrs. Smith. Cherry showed my piece of fine art to her. "PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE NOW!" Mrs. Smith screamed. I shuffled down the hall, enclosed in my raggedy hoodie. I reached the principals office. He wasn't there so i entered and sat down at his desk. He arrived a few minutes later and asked me, "What now Jack?". "This Sir," I firmly replied while sliding the devil horned Mrs. Smith across his fresh, new, wooden desk. He reached for his glasses out of his pocket. He pulled out some scrunched up earphones and my iPod. He placed them in a drawer on the opposite side of the desk. "I left my glasses in the staff room. Don't move boy," he said.
He left the room and closed the door.
The staff room was on the other side of the school, so he wouldn't be back for a while. There was absolutely nothing to occupy myself with. I worried that i would never get my iPod back, I wasn't gonna risk it anyways. I creeped around the desk and opened the drawer and grabbed my iPod and earphones and hid them in my pocket. Lol
