How to Change a Hair color of a Character?

1. Go to PicsArt.
2. Go to Edit.
3. Pick your Photo.
4. Go to Draw.
5. Go to Layer and Pindutin mo yung Empty Layer.
6. Click the Brush Icon.
7. Ikaw Bahala kung Ilansize at Gano Ka-Hard.
8. Click the Color Icon.
9. Choose any Color.
10. Surrond the Hair by the Color you Chose.
11. Click the Hair Color's Layer.
12. I-Overlay mo Sya.

And then, You're Donee!
