I am Soya Tedéku. If you are reading this, chances are I am probably not in the country. My mother and father though... I dont know where they are. If you have seen them please tell me. My mother's name is Sae-Yú Tedéku. She has light brown hair and has dark brown eyes. My father's name is Gaeú-Sorò Tedéku. He has black hair and the most darkest, blackest eyes I have ever seen. I have a sister too. She is with me now. Her name is Soki-Ae Tedéku. She has brown fawn hair and her eyes are bright and cheerful. They are the color of bark from an oak tree. We miss mother and father ever so deeply. I hope they are ok. But I am saying too much. We are in South Korea. "Soya!" Hm? Oh whats this? My sister. Lets see what she has to say. "Yes, Soki-Ae?" I ask her. "Soya! We must go!" She says shaking. Out of fear I suppose. "Why?" Then she turns around and stares into the nearby woods. "There! We can hide there!" She yells while whispering. "I don't understand. Why, Soki-Ae?" I ask. "They are coming after us! Hurry! We must hide!" I look back and see a car with two men in the front seat. One driving. The other writing on a piece of paper. In the back I see three children. My eyes go wide in shoock. Its them. The men from the orphanage! "URGH! SOYA!!! We must go!" She screamed and pulled my sleeve with her. Running into the woods. She finds two curved trees pulls me behind them with her. "I-its the men from the orphanage! They still haven't given up!" She whisper-screams into my ear. Her heavy breathing from running so fast could be heard only ten trees away. Then we hear a low raspy voice. "Where are you kids? Just give up. Its no use fighting back. And you will only get hurt out here." Soki-Ae hears the voice and looks into my eyes. She tells me everything is going to be alright. She says they wont get us. She says to always have hope. She wont ever let me stay in that orphanage or wherever those disgusting men are. She says she wont let them hurt me. But eventually the men left. As I was about to get up from hiding,
Soki-Ae pulled me down. "Shhh. They must still be here. Dont be so foolish." She whispers in the lowest voice I have ever heard. We stay in that hiding spot until dark. I fall asleep. And... I have a dream. Suddenly everything goes black. And I see mother and father. They are trying to tell me something. "Mother! Father!" I yell as I run to them. But then I wake up. "Soya! Soya! Sooooyaaaaa!! You cant sleep all day you sloth! Mother and father will not be the slightest bit proud of you. If we ever find them..!" She scolded. "Well, I'm sorry if Horiko Sonja kissed Gorkū Doni. Don't get mad at me." I say back. "Ugh! How dare you!" She says while tugging on my hair. "Dont you dare talk about Gorkū-san like that! You little brat! Best I not make you breakfast." She said the last sentence mumbling. "Nooooooooooo! I want fooooood!" I wail back at her. I haven't eaten in five days. We still haven't found those berries Old Cate would tell us about. She brought us some last spring. "Then go look for some food. I will look for traders. Do you still have anything to trade with? I gave mother's ring in exchange for some meat. What do you have?" Soki-Ae says. "Thats it? Mother's ring? Thats all you have? I've gotten nothing." I lied. I still have the necklace father gave to me for my birthday. "Well then we have nothing to trade for! All we have is almost spoiled meat and an egg! If you dont get a move on now we best be starved by sun rise!" She shoves me toward the dark wood. "Go on now! Go! Get a move on! I have to look for those girls I saw the night before. They gave me some money. I want to thank them." She tells me. "Ok. I will go now. Please bring me back some corn. And sunflower seeds too please." I say before turning my heel and walking into the woods. We had drawn out a map two weeks before so we wont get lost everytime we look for fruits or get lost looking for a shortcut to the nearby village known as Kordoki. And to the inn known as Creppld Eippion Ing. [Props to you if you know what that means;)] We have entered there several times. Each time the cashier looking more and more sad. It wasn't us was it? But as I was walking I see a white small creature looking at me.
