Cate's POV
I'm planning the best day for Devan. He's been in a lot a pressure since. So I want to make him happy. I'm happy if he's happy. I'm planning to take him to Universal Studios I think that's what it's called. I texted him to come over.

Cate: Hey Devan come to my house if you can
                                                           Devan: K, be there by 8:00 or 8:30. It just matters when u tell me I can come over now..
Cate: okay thx. I have something for you! 😇 hope you like it
                                         Devan: I won't like it, I'll love it 😉
Cate: okay 👌🏻 see you at my place
                                                    Devan: see you there!
I see Devan coming towards my house. I tell him the surprise. He didn't like it. He didn't love it. He loved it more then loving it. If that even makes sense. I went to tell my mom that Dev is here. I missed him so much. My mom later took us all the way to Universal. I walked with Devan, my head on his shoulder. We were about to hold each other's hand when my mom said we're getting cotton candy and seeing Collins. At the same time I see Dev looks sad. Does he not like cotton candy? Does he not want to see Collins? I think he misses Collins. I hug Dev.
Cate: I know you miss Collins, right?
Devan: I do, but that's not why....
Cate: Why, Dev?
*Devan points forward*
Cate: What? Anthony? Remember Dev, Anthony can't do anything to you.
Devan: true....WHO CARES?
Cate: oh I think Collins is here
When Collins got to Universal, we went on some rides
When we were about to leave, Devan pulled me somewhere away from the parking lot.
Devan: Cate, can I ask you something?
Cate: sure, Dev
Devan: Will you be my girlfriend???
