For you people who hate fruit :( heres how to love it :)

Ok so you hate fruit? You think they do nothing for you? Little did you know they work wonders!

Cherries help calm your nervous system
Peaches are rich in potassium, fluoride, and iron
Mangos protect against several kinds of cancer
Watermelon helps control your heart rate
Strawberries can help fight against cancer and aging
Pineapples help fight arthritis
Kiwis increase bone mass
Grapes relax your blood vessels
Apples help your body develop resistance against infections (An apple a day keeps the doctors away)
Oranges help maintain great skin and vision
Bananas (hehe Harry) give you energy (great for athletes.... and Harry)
Blueberries protect your hear
Lemons help loose weight (i shall eat lemons now)
Pears help prevent cancer and lower cholesterol

And to think... You thought fruits did nothing to you :P
