Dear readers/commenters,
Please remember that self advertisement through commenting is extremely rude, highly bothersome, and can be considered illegal. Most works on Wattpad, including all of my books, are legally protected. Though you may mean well by promoting your friend's work, if your friend has not given you permission to promote that work, please do not advertise it. That can get the author of the book you commented on in really big trouble.

Also, please do not promote yourself in the comment section of my books. I understand, it's very difficult to get reads, votes, and followers. I respect that, I really do. Two years on Wattpad with literally nothing from anyone except myself, I get it. But there is a time and place for self advertisement. Another person's book is not the place, and the only time would be if you were genuinely nice to an author and they gave you a friendly shoutout. So please, for everyone's safety and happiness, resist the urge to advertise (unless of course it's in one of those awards books- then good for you! Advertise all you want!)

Thank you! Enjoy the chapter!

Hermione

Today was the day; I was going off to Hogwarts with Tim, Draco, and Ron. School  was now officially out of session, and Headmaster Longbottom had agreed to stay at school instead of visiting Luna over the summer to keep us company. Ginny and Harry had agreed to visit the week after their honeymoon ended in late July. Until then, it was just me and the boys. Harry had already given me the Marauder's Map as a source and guide.

I stood amongst the many children who were rushing into their parents arms after exiting the Hogwarts Express. I smiled to children and parents alike, most of whom stared on in awe. Draco stood next to me, a small smile on his face. Tim stood on my other side, glancing down at me sideways, grinning whenever I caught his eye.

Ron was behind me, hastily scratching away at his check book. I understood why he was so obsessed with money; because of growing up with little to nothing, he felt so proud of all of the money he was getting now. He got loads of money from Draco's campaign, and was receiving more daily as he posed for pictures in Witch Weekly, gave detailed interviews in The Daily Prophet, wrote fiction for The Quibbler, and was even editor of his own magazine- The Wizarding World's Political Pages (WWPP).

I was very proud of him, and was happy for his success, but sometimes it was difficult enough, being Minister of Magic. It'd be nice to have someone to talk to. With all of his interviews and photo shoots and popularity, it was difficult to squeeze in some if any time to talk. I loved him to death, but wanted so desperately just to have a conversation that was longer than three minutes...

Which was why I was so excited to be going on this trip with him. No photoshoots, he had told Witch Weekly. No interviews, he wrote to The Daily Prophet. He then told Luna that he simply could not find content to write about in Summer, and told his staff writing WWPP to take a break since Wizarding Politics would be on hold momentarily while the Minister was out.

The station was beginning to clear. The doors closed momentarily and the blinds were snapped shut as the cars were cleaned. With a bang, the blinds and doors were reopened. When I stepped up  inside the passenger car, I found that the cabin had been decorated specially for us. The walls were cream with a few rouge velvet sofas in the corners, as all of the compartments had disappeared. A long, elaborately decorated dining table lay in the center of the room, a grand chandelier swaying above it. Beautiful classical music played throughout the car, setting the mood for a refined evening to come.

My jaw dropped as I gazed around the room. Stepping forward, I slowly spun in a circle, admiring every detail. No doubt Neville had put this together for us personally. I looked back down at my colleagues. Tim was chuckling to himself, shaking his head slowly as he smirked at me. Draco wore a small smile as he looked back at me. Ron was... writing a letter?
