Asher pov

"daddy watch ok" Scarlett shouted while we were in the forest with the friends she's made in the pack

"Mhm" I said throwing away a blow pop stick. suddenly Scarlett started breathing out rings of fire each higher than the last and the kids started to jump through them at first by themselves but then they started using each other as stepping stones to get to the highest one Calvin being the one to get to the highest before falling and being caught by Scarlett

"t-ta da" she said nervously while the other kids fell over and I stared at them

"you have some work to do" I announced before she dropped Calvin running over to me

"we're going to get it daddy I promise, it's going to look good" she said looking at me and I petted her head

"I know it is, but in the future try not to drop the pups like that" I told her looking at Calvin's red face, it's been like that ever since Scarlett caught him like a bride

"but its fine Kevin is an alpha right?" Scarlett asked looking at him

"it's Calvin" he stressed avoiding her stare while I looked at him for a while

'are you in love with my daughter?' I asked through the link and he went wide eyed

'w-wh-what a-a-are you talking about stupid no good alpha dragon?' he exclaimed while the other kids started talking to Scarlett about the routine

'I see, that's the reason why i'm not being attacked anymore' I said getting it while his face reddens even more

"keep trying you'll get it" I said to Scarlett about to go till she ran into my arms and kissed me on the cheek

"bye daddy it'll be perfect next time I promise, Lizzy let's start over ok" she shouted at Cora's sister while I glanced at Calvin who was glaring at me jealous

"good luck with that pup" I said before turning around and leaving. I wasn't too sure how I felt about Scarlett getting a boyfriend or any kind of relationship to be honest. so for now I guess i'll just let whatever happens happens

as I was walking through the forest I noticed that there was actaully a lot of pups out here practicing, ever since word go around that there was going to be a talent show it's been like this, even Emma was helping Dan and Laura with something,

"Asher" sally greeted along with Tim at her side

"you two aren't going to practice are you?" I asked raising an eyebrow

"no but some of the members are fun to watch so were just going to do that for a while" she announced

"I see, if you watch Scarlett try not to be burned" I warned leaving

"ok, bye Asher" Tim shouted and I waved back heading towards the gym where I found Emma's parents

"hes still going at it" I noticed looking at Emma's dad. ever since he saw me training the pups he's been interested in it and started training with us, and while he couldnt keep up in a run he was doing fine fighting them

"yup, been doing it ever since training ended" Emma's mom announced chuckling just as he slammed down his opponent winning the fight

"but I guess I can't complain. how many human women can say their husband can take down a werewolf" she smiled just as Emma's dad came over to use with a huge grin on his face

"your wolves are strong but you're not paying enough attention when it comes to techniques kid" he said smirking at while sitting down

"I hate to remind you that right now you're still going up against pre-teens that only recently learned how to fight"
