OK HARRY DOESN'T HAVE A TWIN
Literally you expect voldemort to miss another baby. Ok lily was prego when she died but SHE DIED. There are different types of fanfic. One type is the type to be like the original book movie etc. This type are realistic, at least in the intended universe. Like something about Marauders school years or something. The other type is unrealistic fanfic. Its impossible even in a fictional world. Usually this type of fanfic is very fun to read when it's writen well. Also if the author doesn't make the unrealistic fanfic seem like the realistic ones.
EXTRA CHARACTERS
This falls in the "unrealistic fanfic" category. Extra characters can be good if in a situation we don't know about. For example, maybe your extra character is a girlfriend of James Potter. We knew he probably had many, but none were named specifically. ( except, of course, Lily) But if your extra character is a extra Weasley child, sibling of Ron, it falls into the unrealistic fanfic category. Like I said before, it could be written well, but often it comes off as cringy and forced.
UNREALISTIC POWERS
I mean like "Im Slytherin but I can pull the Sword of Gryfindor out of the sorting hat" or "I am an animagi, can cast a patronus, and is a legenimimes. At age 11. "
Technically everything in the last example is possible but like really unlikely.
THE SLUT
Example: "Leata woke up with perfect hair and makeup. She got up and shrugged of her blankets revealing her bare boobs. She slept naked like every girls should. Leata went down to her Commons room and laid on the couch where fifteen boys were watching her. She stood up, shook her blah blah blah blah blah blah blah." This one's self explanatory. I felt queasy writing that.
