I use this terribly glitchy app called DrawCast. Everything always comes out blocky and pixelated and I just despise it. Also, a whole freaking layer got deleted while I made this!
Any seasoned artist out there have any tips for (free?) digital art programs? I have a waycom tablet and everything.
