JANE'S POV:
I'm bangging on the basement door as loud and hard as I can, hoping mom and Nickola would hear me on the other side I can still hear Annabelle laughing at me saying she's gonna chop off my head!!
I turn my head to the side and look down the basement stairs I see Annabelle standing at the bottom with the axe still in her hands. She starts to climb up the stairs slowly coming towards me with the axe my heart is racing I can feel myself shaking as she gets to the middle she does her creepy laugh, I feel helpless I may not see my sisters grow.
Just then the door opens and my mum and Nickola is standing there looking at me, I look down Annabelle is gone once again I stand up and step out of the basement slamming the door my whole body is still shaking..
After about 20-30 minutes of shaking I finally calmed down my mom explained to me that it was just a new house and I needed to get use to it, she put me to bed with some warm milk and told me to stay out of the basement.
