The air made my wings stiff, and I finally ripped off my shirt to free them. They spread behind me. As I stood prepared to jump, I looked like an avenging angel. Not a liar with a secret that could destroy his most precious possession. Could take away everything. She glanced outside, red hair fuzzy and a small pout on her lips. She must have heard me land. I silently observed her before closing my eyes against the tears forming. Star. Her name was Star. I turned away having difficulty flying at first, and my silhouette betrayed me. She waved, and her cries followed me as I went faster, a silent creature in the night.
He was gone. Gone. The single word repeated like a broken record, tearing up my heart. Introducing a pain so strong I expected a black hole to form right where love used to be.
Gone.
Everything around me shattered. The silence was suffocating, void of his presence that I came to know so well. His love went with him. I could feel it like a knife lodged deep inside, making it hard to breath.
Okay I'm a really bad writer so if I don't get three comments on this chapter I just won't write more and that will be that and I'll probably just delete the story.
