Chapter 2|| praimfaya part 2

BELLAMYS POV

As soon as Murphy and I came back with Monty at Beca's lab I went to search for Clarke. I had to see her, I had to talk to her. And if I was correct she had to be back by now.

But I couldn't find her. Nobody could and we were runing out of time. Praimfaya was getting closer. And in exact 5 min we had to be up in space. 

Time was running "3 minutes left" I said to myself

"Clarke is going to make it, we stay down here as long as we can" said Raven to me.

I know that she meant it nice but I couldn't stop thinking about clarke. What if she couldn't make it. And I have to leave her behind, would I do that, could I leave Clarke behind. I don't know. But I was ripped out of my thoughts by the scream of Raven.

"Guys we have to go, come on, praimfaya is almost here. If we don't go now we can never go" she shouted 

No no it couldn't we can't go clarke is not here yet. I became dizzy. Extremely dizzy. I could almost pass out. Just as I was to pass out Monty came to my.

"Come on Bellamy we have to go"

"I... I can't I can't leave Clarke behind" the words stumbled out of my mouth

"If you know her well, you also know she would want you to go, she would want you to live, she would want that you left her behind if that means you can go up to space"

The words of Monty did came a little through. And slowly step by step I got into the rocket. And we were just in time.

In the begining everything was going ok. Before we came at the ark, and hell started. We all were almost out of oxygen, and if we don't get fast enough to the ark we all would die. But something was wrong the light of the ark weren't on. That means something was good wrong. And we had to think fast, we had to do something.

And the words just slipped out of my mouth "I left her behind, and we're all going to die here anyways"

It was complete silence everybody was thinking, thinking very hard. Before we all got ripped out of our thought. Raven screamed "I GOT IT"

"I finally can make my spacewalk, we have to open the door manual and I can make my spacewalk"

We made everything ready for Raven to go make her spacewalk. At the door she had a little strugle. As always the luck couldn't be on our side for once. But finally, finally she got the door open. The hard part here was that we had to get the oxygen tank in the ark ready for use before our own oxygen was up.

And we began our mission. We were on loaned oxygen and not much time left. Montey was here the egineer and so he had to do it. But he couldn't because of his hads he had burned from the radiation. 

It became my job to make the oxygen tank work. Monty just has to give me orders. It was almost done. And that was a very good thing because everybody was passing out. I reconected the last thing and then also I passed out. And in the hope the oxygen would work.

*gasp* I gassped for air. Everybody around me were also waking up. The oxygen tank started to work. I just had a little realisation of where I was. I was back at this horible place. The place where O had to hide for 16 years and went to prision just for being born, the place where my mother was floated, the place where I had a crappy job,  a place without Clarke.

That was the hardest part of all I had Clarke left to die there on the ground. And I was back at this horible place. The place were I thouht I could share with Clarke. But I left her behind.

The words just kept playing around in my head , I left her behind, I left her behind, I left her behind. As I was staring out of the window to see the earth burning. The earth where Clarke was still on. And I left her to die out there.
