i groaned my locker not being bothered to open
i've been here same spot, same hallway trying to open my stupid locker. "need help ?" a familiar voice spoke from behind me. turning around my eyes met his brown eyes, ben. (random name) couldn't the universe pick any other boy in the world. ben is the biggest player in the school, every girl wants him, uh other than me i am in a very happy relationship

i faked smiled, i didn't want him to help me but i did need my books before class "sure" i answered, crossing my arms i stepped aside giving him access to my closed locker. "what's your comb ?" i mentally rolled my eyes at him, eventually telling him. ben opened my locker first try. i thanked him grabbing my books hoping he'll go away, to my surprise, he stayed to have a chat.

"so how bout, you and i go on a date after school ?" he asked leaning against the locker next to mine. i closed my locker looking at the tall boy in front of me "how bout no" i told him grabbing my books, closing my locker once i got them out

his eyes widened, probably because i was the first girl who actually said no to him. but his lips curved up into a smirk, that stupid smirk ew. " oh come on babe" he whispered "you know you want this"

"dude, she said no " a voice spoke out of nowhere, ben and i both turned to see brandon, standing there with a glare staring right at ben. ben ran his fingers through his greasy hair, giving me a wink

"oh yeah well —" ben started before brandon cut him off "no just go, my girlfriend doesn't want you. leave"
ben turned back to me then back at brandon "fine but once your gone she's all mine" he said walking away "never gonna happen" brandon groaned rolling his green eyes

i let out a giggled walking over to my jealous boyfriend, making him turn to where i was "what's so funny ?" he questioned with a confused look on his face "look babe, i know your jealous. but i can handle my own problems"

"i'm not jealous" he mumbled wrapping his arms around me "i was saving my baby from assholes like him"
