The large aircraft touched the ground as it skidded down the runway. I looked out the window and was happy to be greeted by the large city. I didn't know how much I missed the technology and the urbanized city. I stood still in my seat as I waited for the seat belt sign to go off. I looked ahead of me and saw that some annoyed people were already out of their seats and taking their luggage down.

I looked to the right of me and smile at Robert, who joined me on my study. I was an ethologist and I had just returned from a four month study in Africa. Robert and I were studying the behavior of a group of African lions in Kenya. The group was surprisingly very friendly and that was rare because Robert and I were the first they have come near and in contact with.

But to no extent I am very happy to be back and in my own county. The seat belt sign clicked on and Robert and I dashed up to grab our luggage. We stepped off of the plane and into the noisy airport. People shuffled around us as we headed over to the baggage claim.

I pulled my large blue suitcase off of the carousel and turned around to see that Robert had his bag already. We walked over to the exit and to the parking garage. Robert and I drove separate and it was a good thing because I was so tired that I just wanted to go home as quick as possible.

"Bye Robert! I'll send you a copy of the report and can you send me your photos please?" I yelled to Robert across the garage as I placed my suitcase into the trunk. Robert scratched his shaggy red hair and gave me a thumbs up as he waved goodbye.

Robert is unable to speak, when he was born he had a voice deformity which resulted with him unable to talk. But that never stopped him because although he is in his late thirties, as where I was twenty five, he is a professional photographer. He joined me on my trip as we both work for my father. My father is a world renowned scientist who is famous for his work in Antarctica and the finding of his own company. Unlike me he was a geologist who loved to study in obscure places. I've always stood in his shadow, so when he forced me to become a scientist I decided what I'm going to research. Luckily my love for animals saved me and I became a ethologist. But I decided that I'm going to make myself known that I'm no longer going to be in my fathers shadow.

I was driving back to my apartment when I got a phone call. I curiously hit the accept button and waited for it to connect. "Hello is this Isabel Davidson?" The rough voice asked.

"Yes this is she." I answered, as my finger cautiously waited to hit the end button.

"Well it's nice to finally meet you. I'm Mr. Hartman but you can call me Walter, I am a friend of your father. And I have a job available for you if your interested." Walter proposed. Walter is an old family friend who I've never met but he use to work with my father.

I pulled into the parking lot of my old crumbly apartment building and turned my car off. "Well Walter it depends on what the job is." I yank my suitcase from the trunk and begin to head inside.

"Well you see this is a job with your expertise, one which I feel more comfortable telling you about in person." He talks faster as if he was being rushed. I believe this is a job worth considering since Walter is an old family friend. "Do you still live near your father's?" Walter asks.

I shuffle for my keys and begin to unlock my front door. "Yes I do." I grunt as I drop my keys on the floor.

"Well perfect then I'll meet you tomorrow at the coffee house on corner of Oaks at nine in the morning. How does that sound?" I finally open the door and I drag my suitcase inside.
