Maggie

Can i tell you a story?

Once upon a time, there was a girl.

This girls name, was Maggie.

She had one parent, her mom.

The other was never around you see.

Her parents were also divorced.

Maggie was one of the most kindest girls you could know. She would give and give, and would ask of nothing back.

She could read people like an open book.

"She wore her heart on her sleeve."

Maggie had 2 friends, one friend who wanted attention, and one friend who thought she was better.

And the worst part was, her friends didn't even know they were like that.

Nevertheless, Maggie loved her 2 friends.

When they had first met, they had so much fun. She loved to be around them, looked forward to seeing them the next day.

But they started to become a burden.

But before that all happened, Maggie's mom met a friend.

That friend's name was Carla.

Now Carla, i can't say much about her.

But over time, Maggie's mom started to neglect her child, without even knowing it. She would spend more and more time with Carla, and never with her child.

Anything she did do with maggie, was with Carla as well.

This led to Maggie and her mom to grow distant.

This is also when her 2 friends, started to take advantage of her.

Have you ever had a person, were you would constantly asking for things? Doesn't have to be physical, it could be compliments, or attention. Or it could be food or toys, whatever.

Let me shed some light on this, you probably never, ever gave as much things back to them.

And you know what? You probably never even know you were taking advantage of them.

If you remember doing that on purpose, then i hope your a better person now.

If you now just realize you did, congratulations. I hope you made it up to them.

If you still say you've never taken advantage of someone, ever, then you are as thick headed as you were then.

No one, has never taken advantage of someone. And you know what? The most common action of this, is on a friend, or loved one.

And if you still deny it, good luck. I hope you go die in a ditch somewhere.

Because if you can't remember, then you were a horrible person back then. And you still haven't made up for it. I hope you feel guilty.

Maggie never know when it started, but she started build walls up around herself.

Build an emotionless mask, hide everything till the sun when down.

Started to neglect everyone. Started to hate. Started to envy.

No one could understand what she was going through, she was alone, no one could care about her, she was worthless.

Those were the thoughts going through her head.
