reporter: a grim scene here in greenwood, a 15 year old girl has been murdered early this morning,
I overheard the TV as i was getting my smoothie for school and finishing up studying for my midterm in world history i turned to make toast and decided to turn my attention to the TV through the doorway in the den.
Reporter: 15 year old Rebekah miller was brutally stabbed 46 times in the chest and throat early this morning in red creek park. officials think this murder might be related to the other three this year in the state...officials warn parents to keep tabs on their daughters as the killer is targeting girls between 14-17.
i shook off the chill thanking god it wasn't me and grabbed my books and put them in my bag, grabbed my keys and left my house. heading to school, i passed red creek park to see around ten cop cars and the news cast for channel 13 the girls parents were standing with the sheriff and were sobbing. again i got a chill and tried to forget about the mornings events, focusing on my midterm.
after pulling into school and entering from the south entrance my brother Jeff, his gf of the week Trina and their group of cheerleaders and jocks were standing in front of my locker gossiping about the news and everything else they think their better than.
jock: did you guys hear about that girl who got murdered?
Trina:yeah but to be honest she was prob asking for it heard she was kinda a whor...
i wasn't in the mood to deal with them and went to the school cafe to meet up with my best friends Taylor and Kendall.
As i turned down a empty hallway leading to the cafe i felt someone watching me but figured it was just me freaking about Rebekah.
