What is your name?
Obviously, if there's any chance of a relationship working, the first thing you have to know is what the person's name is. If their name seems like a nickname, don't be afraid to ask. If it is a nickname, you may wish to know the person's real name. Last names aren't always important right away but after a while, it's important to know that as well. Middle names can also be important.
Ok, so, I'm not going to give you guys my actual whole name but one of my nicknames is "Jessibear".
How old are you?
While age doesn't matter when it comes to emotion, it can come into play when it comes to the legality of a relationship. An illegal relationship can become quite an issue if things take a turn for the worse. With illegal relationships, the couple often needs to sneak around much more than any legal couple. With how fast the young seem to be growing, someone could look 20 but only be 14. With that risk, it isn't really safe to assume. For example, I know a guy who looks like he's 18 or 19 but he's only 15. Without knowing, any grown adult could have been with him and gotten caught and then face charges for a crime they did not know they were committing.

When is your birthday?
Just like the age question, this may not seem like it really matters but it is important when the person is only 17. Also, it comes in handy because you should know a person's birthday. Especially when their birthday is right around the corner. The information can be used to make the person feel special. If you can do something small for them to make them feel like you care, this knowledge becomes extremely useful.
My birthday is September 18th.
