This is a disaster!

"Journey!" I call from across the kitchen.

"What?"

"Could you help me with keeping everything under control?" I ask.

"Don't worry; I got this, bro." Zach jumps onto the stage.

"Hello everyone, since Lilla is gone and Ryan and Mitchell are not good at taking over, I am going to be taking over this business."

Everyone gasps, including me.

"He can't do that!" I yell, and lower my voice, and look at Zach, "Can you?"

"Nope. I suggest you start being a lot more strict with everyone." He jumps off of the stage.

I walk into the conference room to work on some financial stuff. This doesn't make any sense! Lilla always handled it before.

Ryan opens the door as I hit the table.

"Whoa, are you okay?" He asks.

"Are you good at math?" I ask him. He grins,

"No, dude, I barely passed last year," is this a joke to him?

I groan loudly and stand up. "Why can't you be good at something for once in your life? Why?"

"You sound like my mom," Ryan sits down and glances at the papers and laughs, "this makes absolutely no sense at all!"

"This isn't funny, Ryan!" I say angrily.

"We could always ask Chet from Pizza Mart." He offers.

"I don't trust Pizza Mart," I reply, and Ryan gasps.

"But you signed the treaty!"

"So?"

Bridget skips in with a smile on her face. "Hey, guys, what's up?"

"Where have you been for the past hour?!" I yell at her.

"Pizza Mart," she's still smiling.

Why must she be this way? Wait, I have the power to fire her because I am the main boss now that Lilla's gone.

"You're fired!" I say.

Her smile fades. "You're joking, right?"

Ryan shoots me a panicked look.

"Yeah, I was totally joking," I say quickly,

"I need to get some air. You're in charge, Ryan, but you have to take this seriously." I instruct him and walk outside.

Where should I go? I decide to head over to the movie theater. This old dude named Harold works there as a janitor.

"Hi Harold," I say as I enter the theater.

"Hello. What movie are you going to see today?"

"I'm not going to see a movie," I answer, "are you any good at math?"

"I haven't done math in years!" He answers, laughing. Figures.

My phone buzzes. It's a text from Ryan:

Help! The apes are attacking!

I am not in the mood for that. Wait a minute.

"That doesn't make any sense," I tell Harold.

"Your face doesn't make any sense." Says a brown-haired girl who happened to walk by at that moment.
