Regained Competence

The Wanderer. No.1

So here you are, my beginning, my sweet and humble abode, my life as it began over one million, seven hundred and fifty two thousand, six hundred and seventy one years ago. I was born into the world, Earth...not via a normal human like way as one would expect, but more of via a comet actually! It flew past galaxies! All of different sizes! The sheer magnitudes and eon sized star portals were all breath taking for my space virgin eyes to see, it was as if someone had taken paint, colours and any sort of way to make a painting of any sort, art I mean, and thrown it into a washing machine/blender type of object!

The comet soon came into orbit with a planet, this planet was blue with water, surrounded in never-ending seas, but what separated them were these bright green and dark brown, grey platueas of greenery and land! Mountains that almost pierce through the atmosphere like a hypodermic needle! Trees that reach above the clouds, and worst of all.

Dinosaurs! The big beasts of the ancient times, all roaming freely and grazing the high up tree branches for a snack, these were the herbivores of course! But then they were the carnivores, who fed upon the weaker herbivores as prey, looking down on them as if they were pathetic and meaningless to them, but the harsh reality was that the bigger and fiercer, bloodthirsty carnivorous beasts needed the gentler and kinder acting giants.

Of course the outcome of most battles between the two polar opposites ended in the usual carnivore feasting upon the brutally beaten, torn and shredded corpse of the opposer, guts hanging out of their torn stomachs, bones popping out of their bisected limbs, blood staining the surrounding area, trees were blood stained and each leaf began to drip in the doused blood that had been bestowed upon them. It was like a paradise for any cold blooded killers out there, but this was the period where all of the Dinosaurs end at once.

The comet hurtled towards the Earth at truly breakneck speeds, speeds that were utterly unheard of! Yes, this was Armageddon! The apocalypse! THE END OF DINOSAURS!

The great extinction. As soon as the comet penetrated the weak and frail excuse of an atmosphere it was all over for the poor beasts, all they could do was run away from the truly devastating shockwave of the impact, with a force of over one hundred gigatonnes of Trinitrotoluene, TNT for short if you did not know, it was all over.
